Robot Demonstration Projects
Led the development of more than 10 successful product demonstrations.
Interviewed customers (internal/external stakeholders) to find the actual needs of a demonstration, translated the requirements (high-level design documents and wireframes), and discussed with designers and engineers in-office or via remote.
Created tasks, set priorities, monitored progress, escalated issues, tested for quality, monitored launch, and gathered feedback, and wore many hats to fill gaps.

Tokyo MaaS (B2C Project)
Tokyo MaaS (Mobility as a Service) was a concept service with the Robot Platform at its core. Several robot departments worked together to give the customer a holistic experience of what autonomous mobility could feel like in the future.
Disinfecting Robot (B2B Project)
A solution during the pandemic. The robot disinfects hot spots inside the client's office. It communicated with the building's system to open doors and ride elevators to reach these areas.

Additional details
Sony Mobile Developer (2014-2018)
Worked on Android OS GPS UI, application layer, and middleware for each release of a new Sony Android smartphone. This includes carrier settings, upgrades to Android versions, or Sony features, investigation of upgrade impacts, etc.
Accepted bug reports, analyzed them, and created software patches accordingly. Communicated issue reports to chip vendors when we found their system was the root cause.
Learned to use GPS simulator (Spirent) to test standalone and assisted positioning.
Designed and developed Android applications for testing.
